Immunofluorescence of Vinculin. Tissue: Rat Small Intestine Tissue. Fixation: 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed. Primary Antibody: Vinculin at 20 μg/mL. Secondary: goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody at 1:500 dilution (red).
Immunohistochemistry of Vinculin. Tissue: Rat Small Intestine Tissue. Fixation: paraffin-embedded, fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 1 h at RT. Antigen retrieval: heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Primary antibody: anti-Vinculin antibody at 5 μg/ml overnight at 4°C. Secondary: goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:250. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
Western Blot of Vinculin. Load: 15 μg of Human PC-3 Cell lysates per lane. Antibodies: Vinculin (Lane 1: 0.5 μg/mL and Lane 2: 1 μg/mL) for 1h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution.
Western Blot of Vinculin. Load: 15 μg of human cell lysates per lane. Antibodies: Vinculin at 2 μg/mL for 1h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution.
Western Blot of Vinculin. Loading: 15 μg of human, mouse, or rat lysates per lane. Antibodies: TOP: human Vinculin [c-term] (p/n 600-401-FW5) at 2 μg/mL, MIDDLE: human Vinculin [n-term] at 1 μg/mL, BOTTOM: human Vinculin [internal] at 1 μg/mL, and beta-actin at 1.5 μg/mL for 1h at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution.
Western Blot of Vinculin. Load: 15 μg of mouse 3T3 cell lysates per lane. Antibodies: Vinculin at (Lane 1: 0.5 μg/mL and Lane 2: 1 μg/mL) for 1h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution.
